Amazing service, unmatched professionalism and courteous staff. They arranged for pick up and delivery of my bikes at a nominal fee. Every biker using their services will turn into a fan.
Battery stoped working poor quality
I felt i was Over charged us for assembling a basic tricycle for a 2 yr old we were left with no option but pay, also the african staff was very rude when we tried to negotiate, only if we had other options here wouldve walked out of the store, and yes he did a fine job assembling the cycle though.
I have their road bike and it's been 2 years without any problems. Their service team is also very efficient and fast ensuring you're back on the road in no time. Shout-out to Aneesh and the team for their efforts. 💯 Recommended

Maybe the only bycicle shop in DSO. Located inside souq extra in the new extention. I passed by this shop many time but never thought they do service. However I decided to take my fuji mountain bike which I never services since I bought it. The prices are moderate but the result is really good. I will add the prices on the photos and make sure you bring your wallet to pay in advance for your service witch I don't mind at all. Good job

Pretty poor customer experience. Only 1 guy in the shop and he just could not deal with all the calls coming in as well as customers. I waited for 10 minutes and then had to walk. The customer representative could not have been less bothered.
