Avoid This Technician – Unprofessional & Careless Repair

I had a terrible experience with Shoaib, a technician who handled the repair of my 75-inch Hisense TV. The TV had a backlight issue, and he assured me that replacing the backlight would resolve it. He also promised a one-year warranty on the repair.

However, after completing the repair and charging me 600 dirhams, he provided the promised warranty after multiple reminders.

The worst part? Within just one day, my TV screen became completely hazy. When I consulted other technicians, they informed me that this issue likely happened due to mishandling during the backlight replacement, causing damage to the LED panel. This means his poor workmanship ruined my TV.

When I contacted him, he refused to take responsibility, claimed this was a "new issue," and declined to refund any money. He was uninterested in fixing the problem and ignored my concerns.

Came to check the tv problem couldn't do anything

I made a mistake of contacting them to repair my TV. Visited quickly (visit is not free by the way). Quick visit, I don't think is because of efficiency. It is for trapping customers.
Their technician (Shoaib) will always say no problem, don' beleive him. Promised me that they can repair my tv amd source any part that is broken or not working.
They could not repair my tv and tried to fit a salvaged part from another tv and the price was same as for new part. Luckily it didn't work.
Ordered a part from official supplier, but I am honestly doubting now, they would have used a new part.
Anyway TV is repaired after few weeks but returned with screen full of deep scratches, some of them longer than 12 inches. As if drawn with something sharp like a knife or screw driver. When asked Shoaib about the scratches, claimed that they must have happened afterwards. And denied if they ever kept tv face down, even though I saw them myself when they were taking the tv away they put in their car face down. And the car was small family SUV and not some commercial vehicle.
In short they are not honest or trustworthy, reckless and non professional. I will seriously not recommend them unless you want to have more damage to your tv

Gave them a call this afternoon regarding my Samsung QLED tv which had stopped working. Within the hour they were at my place, checked the tv, had the spare part ready to fix the issue, and problem was solved. Very professional service. Reasonable cost. I recommend wholeheartedly 100%.

I am highly satisfied on the services and costs i got from Luminous. They are very responsive and friendly. Service is fast too. Got another quote from different repair shop which is more than half the price they are offering. Kudos to Shohaib for a job well-done and how professional he is in repairing my TV. Highly recommended.
