I am very satisfied with the chandelier cleaning service done by your staff. They were 6 of them, very gentle handling the light, tiny, crystals, v hardworking, able to communicate english well and for 6 chandeliers included 1 huge one took only 2 hours. The most important part is the charges is very cheap & reasonable as compared to other cleaning companies that ive asked.
I had heard amazing things about Delight but I have been utterly disappointed. They are still not finished with the job but the site manager didn't pay any attention to my requests and were random in sending local delivery items. I had made.myself very clear on what I needed but the site manager kept interrupting me. The supervisor on the day was very easy to work with, however due to poor communication, the service was definitely affected. I wouldn't recommend them and wouldn't be going back to them. Despite my request I needed kitchen first, they only had 2 packers in the kitchen! Which meant the kitchen stuff didn't come all or in 2 loads, this is a very bad planning on their part. I requested to put 4 people in the kitchen but the operational manager was very dismissive. Having said that their packers been extremely careful so far in bringing our items, their packers are very good and careful, however the communication and not following my specific instructions and requests have caused me a great inconvenience. I still have 2 more days with them, they seem to have spread themselves thin with all the work.
I recently had the opportunity to experience the facility management service provided by Delight facility, and I must say that it exceeded my expectations in every aspect. From start to finish, their commitment to excellence and attention to detail were evident, making them a standout in the industry.
If I can give them 0 stars I would I have called them for maintenence of windows for 3 story villa They responded very late and I kept reminding them to come and check because the need to do visual inspection They finally came. Now wanting quote phase I reminded them about sending quote shortly after inception then again 8 days after, and again today that I need quote to check and start the job , yet they respond to me that they can't reach the team that did inspection and no useful information. I do not recommend this to anyone
The cleaning service provided was very good, and the staff who visited our office were highly professional and efficient. However, the pricing was quite high, which was disappointing. Additionally, the person I contacted, named Yasna, was rude and arrogant, which negatively affected the overall experience.
