I bought a bicycle from London Bikes. Literally a few days later I was made redundant and now have to return the Europe. The bicycle was never opened and is still in its packaging. London Bikes states that it has a 15 day return and refund policy.
Despite me requesting to return the bicycle and get a refund at least 3 times by WhatsApp, they ignore my communications.
It is so obvious they do not stand by their refund policy so buyers of Bikes from London Bike, be warned their refund policy is not to be believed.
I received very prompt, helpful and knowledgeable service. Customer satisfaction was at the forefront. Many thanks to London Bikes for their quality sales and service, especially to Rishab for his kind support during the purchasing process.
