No one replies on email, the 800 number rings out with no one answering. The promise of 3-4 working days to schedule a pickup is not honored. Time wasters! Apple Inc should find another company capable of service.
They have call center numbers to book appointments or ask about your devices, but they do not answer I gave them my phone for a simple screen replacement after they promised 10-15 days to finish the job After 10 days, they tell me they just ordered the part and that they need 10-20 more days to fix it!!!!!!!!! I understand that the current restrictions of the pandemic may affect them, but not keeping up to their word is not professional and rude!
