I had a fantastic experience thanks to the amazing staff mr shehbaz. we bought iphone 16 he was super friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me choose the perfect iPhone without any pressure. he patiently answered all my questions and even guided me through the setup process. I had a very bad experience with man at the counter today, he’s Egyptian and has light hair. He lied about the warranty of the product I bought and charged me extra 20aed without letting me know. He also took my email to send me the receipt but failed to send it. I didn’t receive anything. Update* he just sent me the email of the receipt 13 minutes ago.. probably after seeing this review. Please tell your employees to try and be honest with their customers and make things clear :)

VERY BAD SERVICE!!!! I came in store, waited for 10 minutes, no one even asked me what I need. When I asked if anyone willing to serve me, lady from service counter just showed me her back. Another lady was serving customer at the cashier with new protective film application and no matter how long I stood in front of her, she didn’t pay any attention.
