I want to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I have received from this brand regarding a purifier device that I purchased on few months ago The serial number of the device is W4Z-UK-RNA0340A Since its purchase, the purifier device has consistently displayed error messages, requiring me to restart it frequently for it to function properly. However, despite my efforts to rectify the issue, the device eventually stopped working altogether. In light of this situation, I decided to send it to your agency for repairs After patiently waiting for a few weeks, I received the purifier device back from your agency with the assurance that it had been perfectly fixed. Unfortunately, my hopes were short-lived as the device ceased functioning again after merely one hour of use. This recurring problem has significantly inconvenienced me and left me feeling utterly dissatisfied In an attempt to resolve this matter In an attempt to resolve this matter, I have reached out to your agency multiple times in order to raise my complaint and seek assistance. However, I am deeply disappointed to report that my attempts to contact the manager have been met with complete disregard. This lack of attention and concern for a loyal customer like myself has further eroded my trust in the brand I believe that as a luxury brand with a reputable name in the industry, you should hold yourself to higher standards when it comes to customer satisfaction and after-sales service. Try buying filters for the fans - they are never readily available and hugely over priced. The tech is good but read the studies on how good - marginal!! Waste of money! Their support takes weeks to respond! First time I waited 3 months and filter was finally delivered to my home. 2nd time was worse, going to Dubai mall was only option, there's no time given just 'production problems'. 3rd time I email 8 March and respond today to say they actually have stock but have introduced a new charge of aed 50 for delivery! JUMBO are just as bad.
Unfortunately, their service is slow, and they do not help in solving the problem that you may be complaining about. For example, I had a problem with the air purifier that I bought from them, and when I needed to change the filter...... after a long wait on the line, they informed me that they did not have it and they could not order it, because they no longer deal with the same model, in the Emirates, also they did not show any desire to help me find a solution or try to contact the main office and help me to request for the filter or to find or mentions a place that might provide it.
Very nice products and exceptional customer service especially by Ms.Anjali. She was very patient and explained the product very calmly. Good experience overall and highly recommended.
