I had a great experience staff are very supportive. I brought iPad from emax same city center and later I got to know that there is an issue to download the apps, so I went back to emax they couldn’t rectify it and they suggest me to visit istyle , I forgot the lady name from I style with abaya she immediately find the issue and help me to sorted. I highly recommend.

But it's under staffed...
It's the 2nd time I have come here to buy something and I have to wait for more than 20 minutes to attend..

One of the worst experiences I had they would try to sell you everything gadgets that doesn’t work ! How come a new iphone requires an update ! Such a terrible experience. Would directly purchase from apple store and not bother with istyle !

The most disappointing branch is Mirdif City Centre branch. The staff, along with the manager, need to take a training course to learn how to serve customers properly. It would be great if you could bring in a manager like the one at Dubai Hills.

The service I received was extremely disappointing, can’t believe that this is an Apple authorized shop. My time was wasted; the staff member informed me that she would check on my devices and that it would take approximately 5 to 10 minutes. I decided to grab a coffee, but upon my return, she had forgotten about my devices and had to ask a colleague to assist, which added another 7 minutes to my wait. I initially visited for a trade-in, but I was taken aback by the low offer for my devices. I recommend seeking trade-in options at external phone stores, as they may provide better value.

Went to I Style bought two phones and one cover because of this random girl called Dorsaf. She was very professional and convincing. She helped me with my choice and offered me the best service possible. Will come back very soon once they drop the new iPhone hahaha
