During my visit, they not only guided me through my purchase but also made the experience enjoyable. I even went back with some follow-up questions, and they were more than ready to assist, giving me the same care and attention as before. I walked into Dyson Mirdff store with a lot of confusion about which product to buy, but the amazing team made the experience so smooth and reassuring. On my first visit, Jorin and Benjamin were extremely helpful and guided me patiently. When I visited again yesterday, the after-sale support was just as wonderful. A special thanks to Cindy and Salwa—they were so supportive and truly acknowledged my concerns. I genuinely felt valued as a customer. I have no regrets choosing Mirdif Store. He stayed in touch with me consistently more than week and went above and beyond to solve my issue after I lost the box for my product. Eventually, he managed to get a new box for me, and he was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process. Truly excellent customer service

The staff (Haifa and Moody) in this store are super friendly, smart and accommodating. The in-store experience is always better especially if the staff is good, made my day ngl 🥹✨ Definitely coming back to purchase more Dyson products from this store with them.

They do not honour the warranty contract for a product of Dyson bought outside of their shop/jumbo. Despite the product being registered on their official app and accepted their service centre and the shop has not accepted a fault in their product within months of purchase.

Very bad attitude

Worst customer support, my dyson battery is messed up and they don’t answer my phone calls and whatsapp messages. Can’t even find their service center on Google! Garbage product.
