RESPONSE 1 (31/03/23): Hello, your rep at the counter repeated herself saying "NO WARRANTY" (check your security camera footage again!) .. Free or not, I don't need your defective product anymore, after being rejected at your Booth, I visited your competitor and replaced your product with theirs, which is covered with Lifetime warranty. This is a review and my recommendations, learn from your mistakes and improve yourself rather than getting into defense mode & covering up issues. *************************************************************** REVIEW: Do Not Waste Your Money Here! Quality of products supplied here is Poor. Installed their custom cut to size screen protector for my phone here which started peeling off on all sides within 4 months of use, despite being able to show proof of purchase, the vendor advised there are no reworks nor can they offer a warranty replacement. My recommendation is to take your business to Mobile Outfitters which you can find close-by or many other leading malls who offer Lifetime Warranty. Yes, after being rejected by 'Handy Lounge', I went straight up-to 'Mobile Outfitters'.. they did a brilliant quality job!
