Completely not professional , not honest
Changed 4 tyres and was informed that wheel alignment also is done but in fact it was not done
Just wasted my time and money

I have been a loyal customer of Auto Pro for the past four years, but my recent visit to this branch was unfortunately disappointing. I was informed by one of your employees that the parts I needed would be ready the following day. However, I later discovered from another staff member that the availability would actually take a minimum of five days. Had I been given accurate information initially, I would not have proceeded with the payment, thus saving both time and frustration.

Additionally, I want to emphasize that I found the communication within the branch to be lacking. It was particularly concerning given that I have a child and the weather has been extremely hot. My attempts to contact the branch have been met with rudeness, specifically with Rajeev and Hiju and I was made to feel that the situation was not their fault, despite the clear miscommunication.

It has now been six days since I paid and there is no refund and update. I will not go to this branch ever again.

I’m in old costumer here and it’s one of the best place to change oil and filter and Ac gas and Ac issues but during my last visit they told me the company increased the prices for changing oil and filter from 55 dhs to 105 👀 (I provide the oil and filter) only they are charging the labor but it’s too much to increase suddenly 50 dhs thx and it will be my last visit to auto pro.

It took 2 hours to replace just 4 wheels (on a weekday, and I had already ordered the wheels in advance). I don’t blame the technicians, how can a place so big and busy be run by 2-3 mechanics in this weather and heat? The management really needs to step up and hire more people, this is really unacceptable.

Mr. Irshad was very professional and helpful in assisting me with choosing right solutions for the wheel balancing issue. He is very knowledgeable about the work and highly recommended to use him in your services at this station.

Replaced my tires today, quickly done, good price as well for 4 Dunlop PT5 tires.. Look for mechanic Michael..He gives professional service. Thumbs up kabayan!...

Service is poor .. they took an hour and a half to change 2 tyres .. they started with my car , put the work on hold and attended another car .. they did this multiple times and dragged the time they could’ve finished much sooner ..
not flexible with pricing either .. they had all the discount offers on the table like Esaad and Fazaa but apparently it’s not applicable.. not the best first experience .. I would recommend tyre plus .. they do a quick and efficient job

Today I visited gentlemen there for Dubai Police Safe Summer Initaive, and I have done A/C service. First, I want to thank Niyaz for taking care of the car professionally, and I want to thank Biju for his warn welcoming and fine hospitality. For car Nerds, I advise to visit them as I liked the way they replacing A/C freon by professional refilling machine using Wurth r134a freon gas. Thanks to all team: Anujith Rakeev Yasser Fsizal

We have been coming here for quite a few years and have always found the experienced staff very helpful and respectful. Rajeev has been an absolute gem and has gone over and above to help us with our very old car. Thumbs up all round.

You know that feeling you have sometimes, when you know something is wrong with your car...but you can't quite figure it out. Well, I had one of those and so I stopped at Auto Pro. Sure enough, not only did I have a punctured tyre but 3 of the wheel screws were damaged. They sourced new tyres and screws. And made sure that everything was done up to standard. Rajeev, was the man who helped organise the replacement tyres and screws. A very professional and helpful person. Joseph did the heavy lifting and replaced the worn and punctured tyres and damaged screws. Overall they are knowledgeable, professional and competent. They are my new GO TO guys from now on!
