I order car one week ago everyday they say me tonight coming but not coming another day I coll they say sorry still not came I donโt know when I will receive my car 5 days now they say sorry still

Incompetent staff member Mahesh didn't leave car keys with security even after clear instructions on call, and the security wouldn't release the car since he forgot to keep it with them, had to take a taxi 4 times just to get back my car back from service due to their incompetency

Today, June 4th 2024, I went to the Sharjah service center for a service appointment to replace the glass regulator on my Honda ZRV. I met with Service Advisor Mohamed Reda, who was very rude and unprofessional. When I asked why you are treating me poorly, he said, "LISTEN, I am fed up." I told him if you didn't want to work tell me, and he surprised me saying "Yes, I donโt want to work today."
Honda, you have deeply disappointed me. I will never recommend this brand to anyone and will never deal with you again, as you hire unprofessional staff who lack basic customer service skills.
Wonderful car buying experience at Honda Sharjah.The staff and sales persons are so cordial. Especially our sales contact Mr. Eslam El Morsy. He is great and really helpful.All help and support from the day one we went to check the vehicles and till the date of sale and handover everything was a smooth ride thanks to him.Great support and excellent service. Also we have to mention the Branch Manager Mr. Mohammed Aljasmi .he was so helpful and supportive.attending to us and clearing all our doubts and paperworks. It's a really wonderful team who works there.And the overall staff is very cordial and helping . Altogether a great experience and the best auto showroom in Sharjah.
Worst service, if you are going there take a leave and go they will keep you wait for hours for nothing. When i go to submit my car for service I have waited more than 45 minutes and there is no update about the car whether it's ready or not. I called customer service more than 3 times. But, no use. When i visited showroom to collect my car this guy asked me to wait 40 minutes and after waiting also my bill was not ready and he still wants me to wait. Worst service ever faced.
