All the taxi drivers who come here should be treated like other customers. Our work is done last. Our time is also very valuable. It takes us 4 to 5 hours here.
Bad service. Not respecting the customer. The reception lady staff had a very very bad response. They clearly don't value their customers' time. When we checked your review we saw many complaints about that lady. Better for Toyota if you hire a well-behaved lady at the reception.
Extremely disappointed with Toyota's service. I’ve been waiting for over a month to get my front pillar molding replaced, despite filling out all necessary forms with detailed information about my car. Today, I was kept waiting for more than an hour with no clear updates or explanations. The service department keeps delaying the process, and now I’m told they need to order the part—something I wasn’t informed of earlier. Even worse, the person in charge resigned, and I’ve been bounced around without getting any clear answers. This lack of communication and efficiency is unacceptable. I expected better from such a reputed company. Will not recommend this service to anyone.
I recently purchased a new Toyota Urban Cruiser, and within two days, I noticed that the front bumper was coming out due to a manufacturing defect. I visited the service center immediately, and they told me to come on Monday. When I went on Monday, they said I needed an appointment. After waiting two more days for an appointment, I visited again, only to be told that there was no engineer available and to return the next day. It has now been 11 days, and the issue has still not been processed. The repeated delays and lack of coordination at the service center are extremely disappointing. I expected better service from Toyota, especially for a new car with a manufacturing defect. I hope they improve their customer service and address such issues more efficiently.
Toyota Service Review – Absolutely Terrible! I rarely write reviews, but after my horrific experience with Toyota’s service department in Sharjah, I had to share. This was by far the worst service I have ever received from any business. I took my car in for a routine service on 08/04/2025, and they returned it to me on 09/04/2025 — after keeping it for an entire day. You would expect at least a clean and properly serviced car after that much time, but what I received was shocking (please see the attached photos). The cleaning was terrible, the service felt careless, and overall it was a completely disappointing experience. Toyota is a brand known for quality, but the Sharjah service center clearly does not respect their customers or their standards. I truly regret trusting them with my car. we took the car last year from al Futtaim Sharjah also they are giving the insurance documents now(after one year) we can't add this invoice in our vat return, 100 time we send him email and message about insurance invoice Today we angry with sales man then he send.
