A smooth process from the day I approached them till the day I received my car. Thanks to Mr. faisal Rahiman on his outstanding customer service and professionalism. He supported me and kept me posted during the whole process and made it a seamless service. The office is also equipped with nice services (complimentary water, coffee, and charging ports), which made it easy to wait until served.
Amazingly bad customer service taking appointments from 2 weeks arrived before my appointment by 15 minutes still waited for more than a hour just to talk to a service advisor 7 counters only 3 workers are there and when i talked to one of them about the long time of waiting still nothing happened as usual only they are saying we have customers if the service center can’t take this amount of clients by appointments then why they are forcing us to take appointments because i came to them I wanted to drop the car the refused because of the appointment .

I bought a new car from the Al Futtaim Group (2024 model, only 3 months old) and was involved in an accident (not my fault). The car is fully insured through Al Futtaim Group’s insurance (Orient Takaful), but it took an entire month of constant follow-ups, including in-person visits, to get approval from the insurance company. During this time, they never responded to my calls or the queries I submitted through their website.
Once approval was finally granted, the Al Futtaim body shop informed me that repairs would take another month (4 weeks) due to a lack of available parts, which would only be ordered after receiving the insurance approval. Despite being the official UAE dealer for Toyota, I was told they didn’t have the necessary parts in stock. When I followed up two weeks after receiving approval, I was told the parts would arrive in another week and that repairs would begin only after they arrived. Even though I requested priority service, I was informed that they follow a "first come, first served" system, even though my car had already been at the body shop for over a month before approval and another two weeks after approval, with repairs still three weeks away. The total repair time was estimated to take an additional two weeks beyond that.
I’m extremely disappointed with my decision to purchase both the car and insurance from the Al Futtaim Group. I’ve been without my car for over 1.5 months, and my colleagues have reconsidered buying from Al Futtaim after hearing about my frustrating experience. It’s been a huge disappointment.
It was an excellent experience to have Mr. Faizal as my costumer advisor for my recent visit to Al futaim body shop for the repair of my car. It was a timely mannered that I got my car the soonest possible. Thank you for the excellent service rendered to me.

Service is really good ..but customerservice agent is not good person. He has to learn how to talk with customer. If customer young or old he has to learn how to attend them or Say to "Hi, Hello" or " I will get back to you soon"
We Never met like this kind of person till now, It is almost 16 years of relationship in Sharjah Alfuttaim. (8 years Lexues 570 , Land cruiser & other car services)
His (Mood ) seen and unseen behaviour is bad for service & us in trusting...

Repair Service - Poor services in their coordination with the insurance companies, even if your insurance has sent the approval they do not get the paper work done. You have to leave the car and no one is following up to ensure that the work approvals are smoothly passed on . Each time you call they tell you the work will get done and no definate time line. Why does al futtaim not have a process in place for these units
Very beurocratic, paper focused with 0% customer iinterest n mind..horrible experience with my BYD SONG repair process.
We had an amazing experience when we handed over our car for fixing following a small accident. The person handling our case was Faisal Abdul Rahiman we have no words for how special this person is. He really blew our minds with his expertise, service and simple humanity. He really went the extra mile to make everything smooth for our needs. People like this make us believe our decision to choose Toyota was the best decision ever. Would never look at another brand of car again and would always recommend them to anyone.
