Guys, please don’t go by the reviews here. In August 2024 I gave my Range Rover Evoque 2016 for “Adaptive Dynamics Fault”. They recommended other works too which I agreed to do based on the reviews. Believe me, once you agree and they understand you’re ready to spend they keep saying something which is not at all required. Finally gave my car back after spending 10k on the service bills. I don’t use the car much as I travel outside a lot. To my surprise the fault message came again last week. I sent them a picture of fault message and no one responded. Other garage said the maximum amount required to fix the fault is not more than 1k. Pls see the screenshot of my chat message with them before you guys send the car there.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I’ve had at your garage regarding the paint job done on my car. Unfortunately, the quality of the work has not met expectations.
Just six months after the service, I have already had to return twice due to issues related to the paint. Despite these visits, the problems remain unresolved, and the outcome has been disappointing and unhelpful.

I brought in my Nissan Patrol for repair and maintenance, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The workshop is clean, professional, and clearly well-managed. Special thanks to Mohammed Yasir, my service advisor — he was honest, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the whole process. The car now drives like new. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for expert car care and top-tier service

I recently had my car repaired at Exotic, and they completed the work within the promised time, which I appreciate. The service was acceptable , and my car was repaired as expected. A special thanks to the Advisor Mustafa for his honesty, transparency, and friendly approach throughout the process. His clear communication and willingness to discuss the repairs made the experience much smoother.

I recently had my car serviced and honestly, it was such a great experience. What really stood out to me was how amazing the service advisor, was throughout the whole process. She was kind, friendly, and genuinely helpful from the moment I arrived. She explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. It’s not often you come across someone who makes something as routine as car service feel easy and even enjoyable. I truly appreciated her professionalism and positive attitude. It made a big difference. I left with my car in perfect condition and a really good feeling about the whole experience. Highly recommended this place to my sister and friend who got the same experience there.

I've been having my car repaired here for 3 years.
The quality of service has deteriorated over the years.
No details of the work, ingredients, or supplies on the invoice.
After dropping off my car for an oil change and checking the bushings, I was told that the front axle bushings needed to be replaced. Okay, no problem, so I asked for a quote four times. I never received anything from their senior service advisor.
When they can't or don't know how to do it, they don't respond...it's extremely rude and completely unprofessional.
I kindly recommended this garage to my friend to do the gearbox oil change on his Mercedes G-Class.
Three different people claimed that the gearbox oil change had been done, but it wasn't. They only did the engine oil change even though the oil had 800 km...
LIARS!!!!!!
They issued a fake invoice claiming the service had been performed!!!!!!
We're mechanics, so it's easy to spot the scam. But anyone who doesn't know anything will get scammed!

Beware of all the fancy decor and marketing because they do what they want and don't tell you everything.

I definitely don't recommend this garage, which was initially great.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This workshop is a complete disaster from start to finish. The staff is unprofessional, the service is painfully slow, and the quality of work is beyond unacceptable.
they delayed my car for 8 days i drop it to replace 2 door and they told me the car is ready when i went there found the car still same and started to work and fix the parts when i was standing with them for 3 hours finally in the end there’s one part for spoller is missing they told me that they searching but for one hour not find finally told me you can take the car when we found it will call you i left them and make case

It was recommended by a friend that’s why I went here but I won’t recommend them at all I came to do oil change and they made me blindly set for a 3 hours waiting until I fed up and checked what’s wrong and I was shocked by what I saw these guys emptied my car oil without having an oil in their store and kept my car open for 3 hours without an oil change they are definitely not trustworthy as all these hours gave the break as an excuse trying to minimise my intelligence what a joke they gave me free cleaning and discount for protection as I will be needing that .

I will never come back here again and I recommend everyone to not do so, this is a very honest review.

An advice pay for your comfort which a thing they don’t do here also don’t believe all these positive comments I guess they work there or something.
