Don’t recommend it at all and unprofessional with there dead line work. Keep calling no answering from the service center and since 9th of April should receive my machine and now 25th of April , how come there’s a service like this in 2025.

This is really frustrating that under warranty washing machine they are asking money. By giving reason of cocroz. It's fine I am ready to pay. But not ready to clean inside matchin for sure if next time matchin did not work then same reason they will give. And also my new washing machine received with lots of scratches and broken parts after they repaired. Which I have not expected to receive. Well sending ur matchin for repaire to this company always take pictures as a proof or else they will say it was like that we didn't damaged.
