Delivered the car not clean at the work area, the body had unfinished paint at a hidden place. The people seemed careless of there work whether it is complete or not, they leave on the customer discretion. I really advise avoid coming here!

Its my first time to get there service to paint my damage mercedes vito van.. lt turns amazing upon recieving the final work of painting... lm very satisfied of the outcome of work very clean finish and properly allign all the damage that cause by the coallation of other vehicle.. and also thankfull for there staff for being so attentive and cooperating for the issue of my car...specially to Mr. Simon who patiently give and update of my car everyday... and thank you also to beautiful Filipino woman in the reciption that so kind to intertain my concern... Poor service. Small dents/scratches on car were handpainted and very noticeable. They had my car for repair for almost a month, I’ve been going back and forth for backjob but still not satisfied.
The worst workshop i have visited in UAE. Unfriendly staff and the work done was horrible. Simple accident took them 1 month to finish and the job was done unprofessionaly
This is the second time I had to get my car repaired at Zodiac and just like the first time, they did not accept the car at the time convenient to me rather they forced me to drop the car when their technicians could work on it. I had to change my plans just to align with their convenience, so much for customer service.
And just like before, they cannot deliver the car as promised. The first time it took 2 weeks to start the repair and another 10 days to fix the front bumper. Each time I called them they had an excuse that the technicians are sick, the paint material is exhausted and finally we are upgrading the garage so the paint shop isn't available.
Similarly, this time as well I was asked to drop the after 2 week and when I dropped the car they promised me me that now the garage is available and we will fix the car within 5 days. However, when I called to collect the car after 5days the repair work didnt even start.
Extremely poor customer service and lack of understanding of customer needs. They just work according to their convenience and routine. Plus the work isn't that great. Very normal repair work and even for that they have such an attitude. Better to have the car repaired from any normal garage where at least the customer requirements will be respected.

Worst experience ever! Be aware if your car goes inside, it will never come out! We had a minor accident and the insurance company sent our car to this shop. They gave me a week delivery date although the repairs are very minor. Then, after a week the car was not ready and had to call every day to check on the car! No one knows the progress and no one can give any accurate date. The repair centre and the customer centre are in two different locations with two different numbers and each one gives different information! Not to mention the rudeness of the customer service agents you speak with on the phone
Avoid as much as possible!
