Bad experience
During more than 15 years of experience in the UAE in the manufacturing industry , we have never faced such a bad service /product from any vendor . any small issue we faced (which are many ) ELGI used to wash off their hands and ask to contact their supplier directly !!!! so you buy from ELGI and then you start running for someone to do the after sales for you. Top management need to look into this ASAP ,or else they will lose all the clients.

Think before you invest for an equipment like this. Not recommending this brand as we have very bad experience with them, within a span of 1year brand new compressor became a scrap.
We bought their compressor and we had serious problems since from the day one , and service or solution from this company is not at all there , I don't recommend this to any one , you will loose you investment and you will only ending up by just repairing...!!!
