I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the customer service experience I have had while attempting to get my machine repaired. The entire process has been frustrating, unprofessional, and, frankly, unacceptable. A technician was sent to inspect my machine, and I was charged AED210 for the inspection. Afterward, the unit was taken to your workshop for further assessment. A few days later, I received a quotation of AED1300 for the replacement of the motor and water pump. This is extremely concerning, as the machine is not even 1.5 years old, and the motor was supposed to come with a 10-year warranty(as confirmed by the promoter at the time of purchase). The quoted repair cost is more than **50% of the original price of the machine**, which is unreasonable for a product that is still under warranty and relatively new. This really waste of money Iβm not recommending this brand at all

Please do not even attempt to to purchase any items from this store. My appliances were ordered on Dec 5,2024 however one of the appliance was delivered on my in February. They had the audacity to simply dump the appliance in my house without installing it. Continuous phone calls to then center and to the sales office in Barsha - no outcome. They refuse to take any accountability and keep pushing things around between sales ofc and delivery team. Buying such an high end appliance is just not worth it .. with such bad service. Imagine if the appliance breakdown and needs service , there is no way anyone is coming to replace or service it. Please go an buy other brands through Sharaf DG, Emax etc not directly through Bosch.

We purchased a built in oven, dishwasher and hob in the showroom and we scheduled the delivery to our new apartment (where we donβt currently have any appliances) We called a few days before to confirm the delivery and we were told our hob had been sold to another customer who requested for earlier delivery and now it is out of stock and should arrive from 2 weeks to within a month. How can we purchase and schedule a delivery and then he told our item was given to someone else? We have asked many times to be put in contact with a management team to raise a complaint and they refuse to give us the contact. I like Bosch appliances but the hassle of dealing with Bosch in the Middle East is not worth it! I will request for a refund for the whole order and buy from another brand .
