All is well at your garage as I have visited your garage 2nd time but I left your garage without getting repaired !! but the reason why I gave 1 star is because of your reception she is very rude and she gets irritated at every small information we ask and I will never ever visit your garage for this!! when you can't welcome the customers with smile or can't do customer service with respect your not suitable for being a face of business !! Amazing and honest team. Gigo Have been our consultant for 11 years on all our old and new model cars. Very comfortable to deal with and knowledgeable with parts, not like the market of whom changes every single part even if fixable.

Been using Max Garage for around 15 years for all my cars (10+) they are consistent, professional, well priced and transparent, exactly what you need from your trusted workshop. They are the absolute exception to what dubai garages usually are. Search no further, this is the right places
I brought my car in with a trunk that would only half open (which I asked them to repair) and instead, got it back with a completely ruined trunk that would not open at all, as well as third row seats that would not work (these were 100% working prior to taking them in). The garage said it was the trunk motor and that it was their bad luck that it stopped working at the time that they opened it up to check- which again was an incorrect diagnosis as I later found out. They quoted me over 13k to repair a car that another place fixed for 2k. Turns out they had damaged the wiring. Taking my car there has cost me in time, effort, money, and would not recommend it to anyone. There are other google reviews also saying that they do not take responsibility for returning cars in a worse state and simply say they didn’t do it.
I recently entrusted my car to Max Garage for a major service and to address a persistent vibration noise.
Despite leaving my vehicle with them for several days, they were unable to rectify the issue. Instead, I was presented with an extensive list of parts they recommended replacing.
A week later, I'm still awaiting an estimate. This isn't an isolated incident; I've repeatedly encountered similar delays and a lack of transparency from Max Garage.
It seems their service quality has significantly deteriorated over the years, and their service team isn't providing accurate or timely information.
Based on my repeated negative experiences, I would not recommend Max Garage to anyone.

I was very disappointed to see that the level of service has dropped recently. I was a customer for 5 years and the domino effect started when the service advisor I was interacting with left the garage, then I was assigned another service advisor who didn’t follow up with me after the service despite waiting for some spare parts which were never ordered. I started chasing them only to be told that my newly assigned advisor has also gone on leave and assigned a 3rd person who couldn’t help neither did he leave a message. A few months later I was contacted by the garage for the service reminder and I informed them that I wasn’t happy with the service level and I’m considering other garages, shockingly the answer I got on a WhatsApp message was “ feel free to contact us any time if you need spare/repairs” with complete disregard to my complaints. I truly wouldn’t recommend anymore. I now have a broken window that wasn’t fixed & squeaking sound from the wheel that was overlooked and never fixed.
One of the best garages, we have come across, great quality of work and very good service, The prices are fair and the team is always at your service. From our first day, our service advisor was Mr. Himzan and he has been very professional & a good advisor. Very punctual in completing the job and handing over the car back on time. Highly recommended.
These people are liers and can’t be trusted, they say that they will bring original parts and they charge you as they got original parts but what actually they get is fake parts, I changed my car discs breaks and they said it was original and I was surprised today when I’m changing the break pads and I saw that discs are not original, shame on you
