Avoid, this place used to be far better when they had the girls. I could take my bike in, the girls would write down the work I wanted doing, then they’d call me when it was down. Not anymore, the guys there, the last 3 times, didn’t nite the work I wanted, lost my parts, never called, and lie constantly. The quality of work has dramatically gone down too. I can only presume they’re trying to save money, but hiring cheap but terrible staff is a false economy, the last visit they did nothing, told me they’d finished the job they hadn’t even done, then covered my engine in something that billowed smoke out when I turned started the bike. Had to take the bike straight to another garage. Where everything was down correctly, and well.

Duseja is the best garage in Dubai, Congratulations for the excellent service that they bring to the customers, Price, maintenance , the technician all was super good!! Thanks a lot

I had been on the hunt for a retro-style bike for a few months and finally found the perfect one at Duseja. The Triumph Bonneville, with its pure retro heritage, was everything I was looking for. The entire process was smooth, with regular updates on the progress. A big shoutout to Rahul for his excellent service and ensuring a hassle-free handover.

I had repaired my bike here. Tito named mechanic worked on it. Sweet talker but not so sweet at work mechanic. The lady in charge (some filipino) has an attitude as if she is doing a favor on you. They had priced the repair higher and when asked for breakdown, they couldnt justify the 600 aed extra. "Just some consumables and labour" she said. Even though labour was added per hour separately and the consumables too. When pointed it out she offered to give discount in the next servicing. They are a complete rip off. I have no experience in purchasing or selling a bike here but definitely not a place worth visiting for repairs. Sly people charge a premium to fool customers. Quality of work nothing different than the workshops in sharjah industrial area. Have recommended all my friends to avoid this garage at any cost.

I recently had a terrible experience with Duseja Motorcycles. I placed an order for a part and made the payment. After a long drive to pick it up, I found out that the part was not available and would not be available. This was a complete waste of my time and money. I would not recommend doing business with Duseja Motorcycles.

I trusted my Super Tenere with Vishnu and Santosh at Duseja and they have done a fantastic job, it looks like brand new after 11 years 😀... thank you Duseja

I’m writing this review late unfortunately , but had to be done for all the hard work and creativity put by the team towards the upgrades of my bike. Big thank you to Rahul and Vishnu for making it happen and finding the availability in their workshops busy schedule and getting this project done in 2 days … but the man of the hour goes to LAKA , this man is next level with his dedication and the can do attitude most of all genius brains in fabrication. He made the installed parts look so seamless with his clean wiring skills . I've been coming here for 3 years and had nothing but great service. But my recent dealing with Mr Rahul has left me very disappointed.

Was told the repairs will take 3 days. Got the bike back after 3 weeks. Every time I messaged I was told 'one more day'.

Not everything requested was done when I got the bike back.

No apologies were offered for the delay.

Sadly, will not be coming back.

Joseph and team has done a fantastic job on my 2007 carb bonneville T100. I’ve had some cold start and running issues with the bike and everything got sorted during the recent visit to Duseja. Appreciate the efforts of Suraj, Rahul and Vishnu in arranging all the parts and stuff. I must say this one of the best motorcycle garage in town. Cheers

Terrible customer service. Dropped my bike off before going on holiday for 4 weeks. Work not even started when I got back. Took another 5/6 weeks to complete little more than a basic service. Then a further 3 weeks to get paint samples. Gave up on that one. To cap it off they damaged the bike on the day it was supposed to be returned. It takes their office rep approx 7-10 days to respond to even the simplest inquiry. Don't waste your time with these guys.
