Absolutely useless. Every day they say tomorrow. Every customer I sent there has complained about them. I opened a police case and won and now another friend wants to open a police case against them for breaking his steetimg box amd scratching his paintwork in several different places. Plenty of much more professional garages out there.

2 weeks worth of work takes 2 months. They start jobs without getting approvals so you're stuck.

Many complaints made but no ome seems to do anything

After 3 months, many argument and many thousands of Aed. This garage was unable to repair my car, however, to take my car I still had to pay the bill for a car that still does not work!

I run a business in Dubai. A friend introduced me to them. The job I had was big. They quoted 7k & said they could complete in 3-4 mths. After 15 mths I got the police involved & removed the car. Without notice or question they tried charging 15k. Not only that there was huge amounts of black smoke blowing out the exhaust which wasn't there before. They know & admit it but couldn't solve it. Turns out they fitted the fuel lines wrong and a lot of extra fuel was going into the engine. I previously recommended people who are all unhappy. Nothing but excuses for 15 mths.

They drove a friend's car into their garage doors scraping all the paint & @ first tried denying it. Later on found they scraped more paint refitting his engine.

I would rate them more if i can! They are so good, friendly, honest, supportive, acceptable prices etc... They fixed one issue in my car that no one could for years! Mr Ayad is not just the manager, Mr Ayad deal with clients as a friend. He always available to support. Mr. Issa is very clever and knows the job. He do what he supposed to do in very professional way. I would recommend this place.

Pathetic services. They gave my car back and the work was not done, it was in a bad condition then i actually gave them in. Their manager does even know what work isbdone he didn't even check the car, when i spoke to him he said supervisor has taken the test drive he had no clue. I had to visit 3 times still no clue had paid a huge amount to them already and got my car spolied.
Pl do not come here guys. They r fooling customers.

The worst garage ever , i highly and truly dont recommend it. the worst service on planet earth, not reliable. They over promise and never deliver. They change parts based on guessing. They dont even try the car after repairing it because none has licence to drive. After paying alot of money , they damaged my car and made it worse. The floor manager is Jordanian and a sweet talker, I warn you not to be fooled for his promises. Wish I never took my car there at the first place. Shame on them and the owner who recruited such staff.
