5th time I came to the stand and no one there , staff rude , no customer service no numbers . Waste of money
Bad service they want to charge me 80% of the price of what I paid for the initial protector to change the material and the staff asked me to wait 40 minutes for it to be fixed, apparently you pay premium for good service but it doents apply here. The protective film is very normal that you can get anywhere so I found nothing special in outfitters I was upset I left the screen protector at the Dubai hills mall branch went to sharaf dg paid less and had my protector fitted in 10 minutes with a life time warranty as well
The attendant is all the time on her mobile instead seeing after clients and ask for one hour to change my damaged cover. Bad service Bad quality. DO NOT COME HERE!
They used to be really good, but now they're not worth it. Quality has gone down significantly. They charge a lot for pretty ordinary stuff.
This Mobile Outfitters is located inside the Virgin megastore at the mall. The young lady that was at the stall was very helpful and straight to the point. And did what I required to both my phones in 20 minutes while I walked around the shop looking at stuff I want but don't need.
