I am utterly appalled by the abysmal service and sheer incompetence displayed by Mytyre. Their so-called "maintenance" turned into a nightmare as they not only failed to fix my 2 cars but managed to screw them up even further.

Not only did they waste my time by visiting them multiple times, but they also displayed a complete lack of professionalism and expertise. The staff seemed clueless and indifferent, showing no regard for the customer's concerns or satisfaction.

I took the car to other garage after multiple visits and they showed the poor work done.

Doesn’t even know how to do a basic job of fixing car brakes and alignment plus they don’t even know how to simply fix the bolts.

Save yourself the trouble and avoid this garage like the plague. Trust me; it's not worth the hassle, frustration, or the risk to your vehicle. Take your car elsewhere where they value competence and customer service.

Disappointing Experience with No Warranty Support
I purchased a set of tires from this shop a year ago, and I was initially satisfied with the service. However, my experience took a frustrating turn when, just after my warranty expired last month, I encountered a defect in one of the tires due to a manufacturing issue. Despite my attempts to seek assistance, the shop is not willing to do anything about it.

The fact that the tire defect appeared so soon after the warranty period ended is disappointing. I expected better customer service and support, especially for what seemed like a clear manufacturing problem. Unfortunately, it appears that the shop is not willing to stand behind their products or provide any assistance.

Overall, my experience has left me dissatisfied and frustrated, and I would caution others to be aware of the shop's unwillingness to address manufacturing issues even within a reasonable time frame.

Disappointing Experience with No Warranty Support !!!!!!!!

After two days form buying a new two tyres ! One of them get cut at the first time of use !!!!!!???
So after the disrespect and wasting our time and very bad attitude the said it’s not covered by the warranty it’s not out mistake ,,, they cannot find any nails or any metal inside the tyre just this cutting.. and i am saying again after first used !!!!!!!

I had an exceptional experience with this tyre and oil service company. The employees were highly professional, and their customer service was outstanding. They guided me through the entire process with great expertise, and their behavior was commendable. I visited them to align the wheels. After leaving the shop, I started hearing crack noise everytime I pass by speed bumb.
I visited them the following day and they said they didn't do anything wrong and adviced to replace the suspension.
After one month of driving the car with this crack noise, I visited a mechanice and in one minute, he did screw nut that was loose because of them.

May be good in Tyre but car polish and detailing , stay away, not professional at all and job finish is bad and you see imperfection clearly , interior detailing was full lie, not done at all, they just spray a polish to make it glowy , polishing was like done at home, you still can see scratches, not recommended at all

Replaced brakes and tyres. Good work. Highly recommended for range rover cars. Good price as well. Staffs are very supportive. I choose Continental tyres conti sport contact 2025 model.

These guys are the Real Deal! Very affordable prices and superb service. Khaled provided a quick and professional service. The owner (Muhammad) was very kind and their lounge in the first floor is very nice. Will definitely come again and recommend to my friends!
