Bought a pink iphone 16 plus from them in March And discovered that the camera has some issues Returned back to them and they refused to return or even to send to the warranty and they clearly told me warranty is not with us. DO NOT SHOP HERE! Do not get anything fixed or serviced here! They use the lowest quality parts and then they fail they blame you as the consumer and take zero responsibility. Worst level of customer service ever seen in Dubai Hills Mall. Staff are aggressive and not helpful. We had our iPad screen repaired here and were told that we could come to them within a year if there are any issues. 3 months later the touch function on the screen failed suddenly. We took it back and were told that we had to pay for them to send it to the service center and that they would charge us for a full replacement again. When I asked about where they got their screens from, they started to be aggressive and would not answer the question. They would not let me speak to their management. I’ve been in Dubai for about a year and this is the single worst retail experience I’ve had. It would have cost less for me to buy a similar age iPad but we paid for a repair thinking Jackys is a reputable store. They are not! Do not spend any of your money here.
I really want to thank Joseph for the amazing service he had provided to us when we wanted to finalise televisions for our home. His knowledge and professionalism was unparalleled. He went out of his way to ensure we have a good option and assisted us in the installation which was truely a great gesture. Also a special thank to Samir for his help and assistance
