Ali helped me fix my broken belt within literally one minute. He was very kind and efficient with his service. The store is very clean, well organised and offers loads of useful services and products for day to day life. Highly recommend!

Awful service, bad quality and expensive.

Needed 3 copies of a key and was told it would be no problem. When home none of the keys could even be put in our lock.

Webnt back next day and asked for my AED 50+ back but was told that it was not possible…they could only send a employee to our home to fit the keys…no way I would want someone I do not trust know where we live and know key details.

When we challenged them on the refund they told me that they hoped we luked their service…SERVICE!!! best joke of the year.

Later Sunday I went to another shop and paid AED 15 for 3 keys and they fitted perfectly = DON’T BOTHER USING MINUTES AT DUBAI HILLS MALL FOR KEYS!!!

Came here to fix my laptop keyboard and Ashar was amazing and very determined to fix it although it was not a very easy job but he made seamless. Well done Ashar. Definitely coming back here

Total waste of time and staff that don’t really know what they are doing or saying to customers. They actually lost my shoes ….

Very disappointing service.
I came to the store many times and this time when I wanted to fix my leather bag it was a big mistake. They might be good at fixing shoes or some smaller things but not bags.

Service was terrible- the bag was not in the store when I came to pick it up, however I have already received the message that it’s arrived. The staff started to rapidly look for it and after 40 minutes waiting it wasn’t found.

I asked them to deliver the item to my home when it will be found where they never informed me when it will arrive and of course delivery guy came to deliver the item while I was out without informing me and asking for payment.

When I spoke to their manager via phone he promised me a discount.

Anyway I came to collect my bag, manager pretended he doesn’t see me and no discount was applied.

Also the leather quality is bad, you can see the difference on the image :(

I only happy that my bag cost AED 2k, but not higher

Went for key copy, told me they need 40 mins, then when I go back they told me they couldn’t do it. Keep in mind they have my number and no one bothered to message me or call me to tell me. Wasted my time. The manager Jasheed was the one I dealt with.
