Bare

I am extremely disappointed with the product and service I received. I paid over 395 AED for a plastic cover that needs to be replaced monthly, which is already inconvenient. While they replace it for free, the poor quality of the product causes it to fall off easily, making it unreliable and forcing me to return frequently. To make matters worse, when the plastic cover fell off on the street and got lost, they insisted I return the previous one for a replacement. This policy is impractical, especially considering the subpar quality of the product itself. The time and effort spent coming back every month, waiting 15 minutes each time, and dealing with such policies make this experience not worth the cost. I do not recommend this product or service unless significant improvements are made. Plus it Bare not outfitter!

One of the worst service I’ve ever had. I don’t know what’s wrong but it the materials are not good quality, the staff are not trained on the devices model and the installation is very very bad. Nothing went roght, I brought 3 phones and 1 iPad and all of them had issues. Had to wait for almost 4 hours for a job that could have been done in 1 hour tops.

Rating: 1/5 CHEAP I'm extremely disappointed with the screen protector I purchased for AED 268. Within just 3 hours of installation, the protector started peeling off. While the company offers free replacements, it's clear they're aware of the product's poor quality and lack of durability. Frankly, I regret wasting my money on this subpar product. The previous management and products were exceptionally professional and met high standards, making this experience even more disappointing. Unless significant improvements are made, I would not recommend this product to anyone.

They are not any more mobile outfiter the shop name is bary.ly I usually change my screen under warranty since 3 years Till 3 weeks back when i came to change the screen protector they changed it to me but the quality is different the finger prints shows and the screen protector is full with finger marks how-much ever u clean it and then they offered me to pay for a new matte screen which as they claim will not have any finger prints which was not valid to customer who is used to change it every month or so Then i realized the name of the kiosk have changed to ^the bary.ly^ but the employees are different than the previous ones but they are still wearing the mobile outfiters shirt but there is no where in the kiosk u ll find the mobile outfiter logo so be aware its not the same
