I visited branch near to Arabian center today.I bought 2 tyre from the shop before at that time they offered me free nitrogen filling lifelong. Unfortunately my car met with an accident and one of the tyres got damaged. I went to the same shop to repair but they can’t so they suggested e to repair from another shop. After fixing when I went to fill nitrogen they denied it to do for free.Not only that one of the staff there(Near Arabian center) act very rudely . Please train your staff how to behave to the customers in a nice way
I would like to lodge a complaint against one of your employees in your AL Khawaneej,near Mizhar Park AND Mushrif Park - Dubai branch as he has very bad manners and bad behavior with customers cause of him the tires i was planning to purchase i didn't and i want some serious action to be taken against him from your management he is a Filipino national and this incident happened on 30/01/21 between 7 to 8pm. i am very upset and disappointed with the incident and that you have such employees which affects your companies reputation .

They added ceramic treatment for the car without asking , causing extra payment of 168 Aed , that was not a good move from their side
They don’t know how the system work , and they change information of customers as they want , when i told them it wasn’t my phone number that in the bill he said what can i do for you to change, because he just printed the receipt with wrong number!!!!
