Avoid at all costs, this is not a legitimate company based on DED feedback and in the event something goes wrong they will ignore you completely. We paid 750dhs (in cash) for our fridge to be repaired as the compressor was broken. It was taken away to be fixed, and they returned it 48 hours later. It was making a very loud noise, and then another 24 hours later is completely stopped working. I have been contacting them for 2 weeks to try and get a resolution (I had to buy another fridge in the meantime) but they just avoid all calls and texts.
I contacted them to fix my Daewoo washing machine because the main door wouldnβt open. They took the machine and the next day said they could fix the door and that there was also a problem with the springs. After we talked about the price, I agreed to the work. Two days later, they told me they could not fix the issue. I asked them to bring my machine back. After many calls and messages, they returned my machine after 8 days without fixing it, and now the machine doesnβt work at all. They ruined my machine, which was working before they took it. Now it doesnβt even switch on. I believe they hesitated to return my item because they knew they messed it up.
