1st Time: Used the CAFU app and bought some new tyres today. Thanks to Waseem and Hussain for the quick service and happy smiles. Good value, quality product/service, and punctual. Took about 30 mins. Highly recommended. 2nd Time: Sumesh and Jahirul did a great job with giving us new tyres. It is amazing the consistency of service from the first time to this 2nd time. This time I just contacted them directly as I believe they are not partnering with CAFU anymore. Again good service, value and punctual. Highly recommended. This company is also the Kumho Brand distributor so I went with those. 5 years warranty.

Amazing service! waseem and Hussein are such professional, polite and very helpful guys! The service is very convenient! They came exactly on time, actually 4 mins before their time they reached and called once there! I would definitely recommend their service! Tyre home delivery 😀 what a privilege we have in Dubai!! And after all , the price is at least 30% better than auto pro in the petrol station

Had an excellent experience at Dialatire! Kaja and Bilal did a fantastic job installing my tire and checking over my car. They were professional, thorough, and made sure everything was in perfect condition. Highly recommend their service!

Had tires changed on two of my vehicles, stripped the paint of the one rim of one car & didnt mount & balance the tires correctly on the second vehicle, car shook so violently had to park the car and get the tires remounted elsewhere.

Process was rushed & poorly executed.

Horrible customer service, I contacted the agent on Thursday to book an appointment. He told me they’re fully booked and can assist me on Saturday 11:00.

I confirmed and informed it needs to be at 11:00 or before as I have an appointment.

Today is Saturday, guess what? After being on their case since 08:00 this morning with little replies, he comes back and tells me they can’t do 11:00 anymore.

I’ve now wasted two days waiting for them, just to be let down.

I’m revising my initial review because I’m done tolerating sub-standard service. This is my first-ever negative Google review, and it’s well-deserved.

What began as a decent experience, thanks only to the hard-working and courteous crew on the ground, quickly devolved into a complete waste of my time, energy, and money.

The one-star rating is solely for the team’s effort. The rest of my experience with Dialtire.com has been an absolute failure.

Despite their claims of expertise, Dialtire.com clearly lacks the necessary knowledge in tire installation. Here’s why:

The day after the tire change, my car began shaking at speeds of 90-110 km/h—an obvious sign of unbalanced tires.
I contacted them, and while they sent another team to re-balance the tires, the same issue persisted the next day.
After returning from travel on September 12, I was forced to rush to a nearby garage to re-balance the tires myself, paying out of pocket to fix their mistake.

Dialtire.com requested proof of payment, which I sent. Yet, No acknowledgment. No refund. Nothing.

If you value your time, your safety, and your money, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

There is no tyre shop at the entrance of Shorooq Mirdif!

This company which provided the tires Quick Pit Tire Trading LLC - Dial A Tire doesn't provide any warranty even if all tyres have the same issue. I just saw that there were so many bad reviews on the tires provided. You need to look into whom you are recommending in the market to save the reputation. I will definitely not recommend this place

Whatsapped the service a night before. They came to my office car park to change the tyres. Very friendly, quick, always communicated throughout the process. Sumesh and Jahirul were on it quick, and smiling in the sweltering heat! Well done Dialatire! And thank you for your fantastic employees.
