Horrible attitude of staff. Went to dalma branch as closest to our home and massively regret it. We got full body protection for 2 of my Samsung S23 Ultras about a week ago from another branch straight from the Samsung showroom. Didnt use the phones obviously as data needed to be transferred for over 12hrs. Then put on a protective case as we have always done and been using mobile outfitters since 2018. However the staff here at Dalma expects customers to use a 6k aed phone without any protective case and refused to do the changing of protective stickers without charge although its within the 15days of coverage. Absolutely annoyed and offended by the attitude of how he spoke to us..

I have Nothing phone 2 they convinced me to buy out fit for it but when they done it, it looked not good as the cut not fit with the phone shape exactly. They say there will be update for the system to have precise cut. Now more than 3 month no update. They fool the customers!
Misleading. It's no longer there. Looked for them in whole ground floor, their kiosk is not there in dalma mall.

The most complex branch I encountered in the UAE was staffed by uncooperative and unfriendly employees who pushed customers to transfer liability or wait for long periods of time.
They are renamed now as Bare.. you can find them just in front of Nayomi on Ground floor.. I got the service done for my phone very nice..
