"I recently had my car serviced with jojo, and I was very impressed. The mechanic, name jojo, was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They thoroughly explained the necessary repairs, including showing me the damaged parts. The work was completed promptly, and the price was competitive. Car washing Services is fine but pricing on other services must be revised

I have discussed earlier with the station staff about the price as well as the time that it will take to replace 2 tires and installing new break pads and discs in which I got clear answers and I was informed about the reasonable price and that it will take 1.5 hours to finish the complete work. When I came to do the job on Wednesday March 02 at 11AM, there was one technician only who was busy with another car (no other cars were) and I was advised to wait for 10 minutes for another technician to come. Once those 10 minutes became 20, I had no choice except to leave my car there and left my name and phone number. I had a follow up with them when I called at 1:50pm and I was told that the car is not ready yet and I have to wait till 3PM!!. The real time of completion was after 4PM which is 4.5 hours from the promised time completion of 1.5 hours. Even when I came to the station at 3:30 pm there were 1 or 2 technicians only working on my car although there were more staff there but were idle. If I knew about this experience, I would have selected somewhere else as this station seems require better management and how to handle cars coming to them and to give an attention to the car that comes first rather than attending other cars which I suspect was the case of the delay. Definitely not a good customer experience journey that I will not bring my car to this place again

Just called to inquire of tinting , the person who attended the call -male , needs basic telephone etiquettes , how to speak and cut the call.
Not to slam the phone while i am still trying to talk and get more details

Mr.Jojo en 23231 is an excellent person and customer service. He was doing all the job for my car in a very professional way and this is the reason why I always coming bcak in this station and all the team here are professional and taking care of their customers in progessional way.

The prices are sky high, if I had the chance to go change my battery elsewhere I would have but because I didn't have a choice and forced to change here I paid the price.

If you are not in a hurry or a pinch, just go elsewhere. Rip-off prices.
