I recently had my car serviced here and I must say, I was extremely pleased with the experience. The staff, all of whom are Filipinos, were not only professional but also displayed genuine warmth and great customer service. When I first contacted them, I was informed that the service would cost 200 dirhams. However, after they inspected my car, they brought to my attention some other necessary maintenance, which brought the total to over 500 dirhams. They communicated everything clearly and even offered a small discount, which I appreciated. I also want to highlight a previous experience I had with them last December when my car battery died. One of the staff members was kind enough to come to my house and replace the battery for me. This level of service truly sets them apart. For anyone in the RAK area looking for reliable car service, I highly recommend this shop.They provide excellent service and care for their customers!

Worst place to get oil change. They charge double and give wrong prices. Had a awful experience here. Not recommended to go there
