I am really disappointed with the delivery follow-up and communication. My kids are traveling, and the bed with matters is not arriving today, where my kids will sleep over the floor!

I will never ever recommend to buy online from home centre

I bough Alfred Faux Leather sofa from a store in Dubai, we are just husband and wife and have a limited social life, hence we rarely have any guest over. Also we are barely home due to extensive work hours.
The faux leather on the sofa has started to chip off with such minimal use within their so called warranty period of two year, the L shaped sofa is also deformed in shape.

I reached out to their customer care who btatanlty refused to accept any claim and say, it is not covered under warranty.

I have to question how could a AED 6k sofa be of such bad quality and the audacity of the customer care team to blame it on me.

I have a suggestion whoever buys that sofa, dont ever sit on it, since based on my conversation with their customer care, the pressure points are damaged coz you put weight on it while sitting, or maybe SOME HUMAN WOULD FIGURE OUT TO SIT ON A BLOODY SOFA WITHOUT PUTTING ANY WEIGHT ON IT.

I’d like to commend the two ladies working in the cashier section at Home Centre, Nakheel branch. They were both very friendly, approachable, and professional throughout my visit. Their warm attitude made the checkout experience pleasant and smooth. It’s always refreshing to see staff who genuinely enjoy assisting customers—thank you for the great service!

I've been a loyal customer for home center for a long time. I'm a music lover and i usually spend one to two hours in the store for my shopping and listen the music. My recent visits center make me feel uncomfortable because i hear same song almost 6 times and same songs keep repeating. Its really annoying and everytime song end they play very annoying retro style music that keep repeating and repeating. I can say this is the worst experience i had in a store that when you shopping while enjoying the background music. Worst playlist ever, very boring and eerie music makes me feel sleepy and bored. You should consider good atmosphere music and not boring amd specially not repeat everytime.

If your looking for a good quality and aesthetic designs for furniture and home accessories , visit their store. Staffs are approachable and helpful. They are also having tabby and tamara so you can have all the desired items that you love without thinking to pay the full amount.

It took them 2 weeks to deliver my 3 desks order.
One desk was damaged and after sending many pictures which took more than a week, they approved to replace and told me that I will get a call within 24 hours, I've been waiting 72 hours since then without receiving any call.
Bad service

Love this place.They have a huge variety of home furnishings with stylish options for every room for office, living room, kitchen, and even outdoor spaces. The new outdoor section is beautiful and full of great ideas. The staff is super friendly and always ready to help. The displays are well put together and really help you visualize how everything would look at home. Highly recommend.

Worst shopping experience. No one helps to unload the trolley, or help with trolley afterwards, just standing and talking is more important. Heavily pregnant or not, they don’t care. Poor handling into bags, not caring.
