Exaggerated prices and very slow service. I replaced a screen and they gave me a one-week appointment and the maintenance was not completed for more than a month. If you buy a device and do not extend the warranty, be sure that you will pay huge sums of money for a very simple service.

For new launches iphone 16pro max i visited their They only sell iphone with apple care extra warranty & it’s cost more 799 aed extra …first time when i go i asked for installment they told me they will do with these extra payment for warranty & second time go with full cash they still refuse to sell iphone only ,they are same like marketing agencies , even we pay full cash payment are not selling , their attitude like they have peoples only can buy need to come their only …….be careful of paid reviews or friends … just visit their and learn from your self…..they will force you to make extra payment warranty and chargers etc….. same like blade agencies

I had a terrible experience at the iSTYLE iPhone Premium Service Center when I went to repair my iPhone. Despite their "premium" branding, the service was anything but professional.

First, the staff (at the main desk) seemed indifferent and unhelpful, barely taking the time to properly assess my phone. Instead of offering real solutions, they just pushed for expensive replacements without even trying to diagnose the actual problem.

On top of that, their pricing felt unreasonable compared to other authorized service centers.

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for quality and professional service. It seems like they prioritize profit over customer satisfaction. Definitely not what I expected from a "premium" service center.

I have visit the shop in manar mall and I wait for a long of time since there is one employee assisting customers 🙂

If there is any option for below one star I would like to give that because today I visit the istyle store for service of my new iPhone 14 pro as its not turning on since I bought but my experience with the sale man was very bad as he really don’t know how to talk to guest.
He was not giving any proper answers and behaving rude

Johnson guy in the store was very accommodating and helpful. He can also juggle gracefully with number of customers including myself. Thanks for the great service.

One of the best Apple Premium Resellers in Ras Al Khaimah. Very good service and staff is friendly and polite. I recently purchased iPad Pro and Magic Keyboard from this store and Mr. Hassan explained me in detail about the different models and their pros and cons. Highly recommended if you are planning to buy any Apple product !

They offer many iPhones + they are an authorised reseller, so they do not scam you out of your hard earned money! Also many cases, headphones, other accessories. Also helpful staff.
