Customer Sentiment:
Overall customer sentiment appears moderately positive, as indicated by the average rating of 4.3 out of 5 across 124 reviews. This suggests a general level of satisfaction among a significant portion of customers. However, the provided sample reviews highlight instances of highly negative experiences, indicating a notable segment of dissatisfied customers.
Service Quality:
Based on the sample, service quality appears inconsistent. While some reviews praise specific staff members for being good and nice, others report instances of very bad service, rudeness, and discriminatory behavior. Issues cited include delays, refusal of service based on payment method, and differential treatment of customers.
Common Themes:
Recurring negative themes in the sample include poor staff behavior, specifically rudeness and a lack of professionalism. Discrimination based on nationality or origin is also a significant concern raised in one review. Payment issues, such as the insistence on exact change, also contribute to negative experiences. Conversely, positive feedback, though less detailed in the sample, points to good service and friendly staff in some interactions.
Final Assessment:
While the overall average rating suggests a generally positive perception, the presence of strongly negative reviews highlighting issues with staff behavior, discrimination, and service inconsistencies indicates that the business does not consistently deliver high-quality and reliable service across all interactions. Addressing the reported instances of rudeness, discriminatory practices, and payment inflexibility is crucial to improving customer satisfaction and ensuring a consistently positive experience for all patrons. The business has a foundation of positive interactions, but the negative feedback points to significant areas requiring immediate attention and improvement.
Even half star is not deserve by this branch. Every time i go to fill fuel the guy wearing eyeglass ask for change only. If I don't have change he refuse to fill fuel. Too baf service of this guy
Good service... friendly staff
I went to this branch the thin guy who put petrol in my car was very good and nice but the other side their was one old Indian guy may be from kerala was very rude with talabat guy and with me . I don’t want to give trouble to any one but that old guy was out of his behavior. It makes me fell so bad I will never go to this adnoc because of this guy. to behavior less guy :Do good be good
Very bad service very late
Very rude and discriminate behaviour to costomers from the LPG provider. The cashier in store sets different rule for different persons. If you are an emirat person you will get everything easily and you can make payments later as well. if not, you have to show paid receipt first then only you will get your cilinder. I am okay to follow the rules and okay to pay the amount initially as well but if they are setting a rule it should be common for everyone. I can't accept this kind of regional discrimination. totally disappointing and I didn't expect this from a reputed brand like ADNOC.
