Purchased a Levante from Al Tayer Maserati. Returned the car on four separate visits over 4-5 months to fix the TPMS - yet it kept failing. The problem was apparently far beyond their workshop expertise and ability to resolve. Even though under warranty, I will never bring my car here again. Recommend anyone to use an independent service centre. One star is too high.. Received your standard reply to all your bad reviews. Not interested in communicating with your company any further. You had multiple opportunities to resolve this issue, and all I received was the same 'cut and paste' responses. No serious effort was made to resolve the issue, but to continue wasting my time. For such a marque motoring brand, you should be seriously embarrassed at the incredibly poor service standards your service centre has reached..
The company I left my Maserati GT car, which is not even a month old, for PPF application for protection, but they cannot protect either their buildings or my vehicle against flood waters and do not accept any responsibility for this. Be careful if you buy a Ferrari or Maserati from here. They do not accept responsibility if any situation occurs during the service.
Very poor service. Go third party like German experts or Swiss auto, they will provide better service for you. I took my Ferrari sf90 in which was under warranty with a fault on the window. Now instead of fixing the fault they pushed me to extend the warranty for two years which. Was 75,000 aed plus vat. So in orders words scammed me into buying the warranty without providing the service. I took the car home with the fault. I then complained and they came to collect the car and finally diagnosed the fault which I had already told them about. The issue hasn’t finished there, when it was apparently ready to collect they told me to come and collect the car. Once I got there I had to wait 40 minutes in the waiting room for them to tell me that I cannot take the car because there’s a fault on the car. So wasted my time once again. I wanted to cancel the warranty immediately after paying and they didn’t give me refund. If I was anyone stay away from this place. Very unprofessional. Meant to be Ferrari and Maserati but their service is worse then a ancient garage with 2000 aed cars
