Unprofessional worker. I had a chat with them, asked if they have the engine oil that I need, they said yes and then I booked an appointment for a few hours later. I arrived, and they told me that they don't have that oil, and must request it from their supplier to bring right now (they told me to wait for 1.5 hour and the car will be fully ready and even washed for free). It took almost 2 hours to get the oil and filter from the supplier, and then 25 mins more to change the oil... ofc I didnt wait for the car wash. Overall job quality is good, can't complain.
