This is completely unprofessional and hopeless shop. We have been trying to find some one in that desk for the last three weeks and every time there is a different excuse. Ramadan timing, then the technician off day is Monday, then he starts at 2:00 pm and so on. Sharaf DG doesn't accept to receive the item. The timing on the website is completely different and it says from 10 am to 11 pm and I don't understand why the only and lonely technician starts at 2:00pm. This is absolutely ridiculous and un acceptable, cheap quality service
