I went for replacement of my iphone 11 battery one staff told me to come tomorrow because i am alone and if you come tomorrow i will replace it within 3-4 hrs and when i went tomorrow another staff said battery stock is finished i need to submit my phone and they will sent phone to dubai then i can get after 3-5 days. Why is this long and slow process to replace a battery? I am totally disappointed after two time visit. I get different answers from staff for same problem. Plz don’t do this to any other customer.

One of the worst service center i ever had visited.the person at the customer desk on 29/09/2023 at 4:55pm was behaving very differently.

The meat was not as it used to be except for the normal sausage.
The process is pretty straightforward as long as the product is under warranty. I told the tech guy (Ibrahim) that my left airpod stopped working and he just had to check. After checking that indeed it’s not working, I was told to come back after 3-5 days to collect the replacement. I had the receipt and warranty certificate with me just in case but he didn’t even ask for it, I guess it’s cause the product’s serial number is already in their system. 👍🏼
