Charged for XPEL tinting. First application was horrible....all the panels had large multiple bubbles. Went for replacement they chose to apply some cheaper material and tried to pass of as XPEL. They took a whole day for the replacement, when I went to collect my car the work was far from perfect. Multiple bubbles again and the rear left window was scratched. Very disappointed with the service and customer care. And before you claim I am not a legit customer I have the original invoice copy and photos and videos of the car inside the work shop.
Done my Nissan patrol 2023 last week with them and paid a first week inspection visit today after their continous follow up of my car and assurance of its best quality. guys made it look like a brand new car đ Very friendly and professional team especially floor team, i simply loved these guysâŚ.Highlyyyy recommend ***Wolfline*** if you are looking for next level PPF⌠told iâd get my car in 3 - 4 days but i received within one and half day with no scratches or blade cuts anywhere. The detailing job was thoroughâevery inch of my car looked brand new, from the exterior to the interior. The attention to detail was remarkable, and I could tell they took great pride in their work. The Paint Protection Film installation was flawless, and it really enhanced the car's appearance while offering the peace of mind knowing my paint is well-protected.
Very bad customer experience. Installed tinting film based on a specific tinting % and got 50% on the windshield instead of 0% !
Now it has been more than 3 weeks trying to replace it and get the one I requested but the response I get from the manager is always tomorrow. But tomorrow never comes.
Highly unrecommended.
