Wolfi's Abu Dhabi

19 July 2023...Not too happy...called and arranged to rent a triathlon bike in lieu of purchasing a Scott plasma...gave measurements...was told a tt/triathlon bike was available for rent for a 1.63m cyclist. Drove 41 min from Saadiyat...got up at 4am to find out that the bike there was too big!!??? How does one get bike sizing wrong at a bike shop? Not the first time I'm disappointed by Wolfis Abu Dhabi...hve always preferred the Dubai and now the Al Ain branch and actually drive the 1 hr 30 min to the Dubai branch as the service and professionalism is and has always been amazing there.

Excellent bike shop and bike rental. Impressed by the range and quality of bikes and accessories and expertise of the staff including Younes and JB in the store and Francois in the rental facility. Bought a bike for a good price and hired some excellent ones for use on the fabulous 11km circuit.

I am very disappointed concerning the customer Cervice ,that I dropped my my bike in Thursday and they promise on Saturday morning or afternoon will be ready but when in vent in the evening and I check with team they didn’t even start so what is going …..!!!!

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this bike shop. The staff here demonstrated a shocking lack of care and expertise when handling my bike. Not only did they accidentally slam my bike's wheel into a metal post within the shop, causing damage I hadn't heard before, but they also botched the placement of the water pipe that exits my handlebar. The careless work left me wondering what else they might have replaced improperly. To make matters worse, I was out of the country and received multiple messages insisting that I pick up my bike, which was quite inconvenient. Considering the size of the shop, they should have offered some storage options.

I deeply regret choosing this shop over the authorized dealer for my bike. My driver picked up the bike, so he couldn't gauge the extent of the mistakes made. I should have stuck with the dealer who knows the bike inside and out. I hope the shop takes my feedback seriously and improves their services. As of now, I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here until they step up their game.

I have taken my bike they i bought from wolfies for wash and maintenance when I picked up the bike I found our that my bike fitting was not as before and the handle was not straight , chain what I told them change was not lubricant I don't know why this happens in such bike shop .

I recently rented a bike for a race, and I couldn't have been happier with my choice! The bike was in excellent condition-lightweight, responsive, and perfectly tuned for speed. The staff at wolfis were incredibly helpful,Van who gave me a clear and accurate step by step details on booking online.Van was very knowledgeable and answered all the queries even it is outside his working time.He answered his phone even if it was already late.He ensured I had the right fit and adjustments before hitting the course. During the race, the bike handled beautifully, allowing me to navigate turns with ease and maintain a strong pace. The gears shifted smoothly, and I appreciated the comfortable saddle for those extended stretches,which gave me peace of mind. Overall, I highly recommend Wolfi’s rental service to anyone looking to participate in a race.The quality of the bike and the excellent customer service made my experience enjoyable and stress-free. I’ve recently decided to get back to cycling after few years of being couch potato - and stoped by Wolfi’s to get a bike in my size - 61. I’ve paid a deposit in November and purchased bike in February - they were extremely accommodating with me not being in the country and not being able to stop by to pick it up as January was the mentioned time of the full payment. I’ve dealt with Rishabh (hopefully didn’t butcher his name) and the experience was absolutely top top notch - I’ve never been in awe as he was extremely knowledgeable, easy going (the fitting was a breeze) and absolutely not pushy for the accessories or anything on the side. He even had to stay almost an hour after closing as we had an issue with putting the bike in the car so had to get a bike suction rack. Also the presentation and the checklists of the bike during the fitting was great and definitely something bit different A huge thank you to Rishabh, Remi, Jenny, and the entire team at Wolfi’s for their exceptional service and professionalism. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top-tier cycling experience.

Joseph is an excellent consultant at Wolf’s Abu Dhabi. He quickly understood my needs, helped me pick the right bike, and thoroughly answered all my questions. It’s a pleasure dealing with such a professional!

Recently purchased a bike at Wolfi’s Abu Dhabi. Ayoub and Joseph were both a great help and assisted me through every stage of the purchase and set up. Highly recommended!

The employees were not well experienced with the customers and recommended me a bicycle which did not even suit me. There’s plenty of room for improvement.
