Highly recommend Liberty car care center at Manaseer ADNOC ! Exceptional customer service from Mr. Sohail and Mr. Mahmoud, who went above and beyond to investigate and resolve a complex, unusual issue with my car. They cater to all types of vehicles, including luxury cars. Special mention to the service expert, Mr. Rijesh, whose confidence and craftsmanship in diagnosing and fixing issues were truly impressive. The level of service, care, and support was outstanding. I called the shop asking about the price of tires and the employee said "350 with vat" when i reached there and they saw that my car came of a recovery with 2 flat tires, the price increased suddenly 35 dirhams because they wanted to add the vat to the price they gave me. On the phone, i asked for the tires of my car and i gave the correct specifications to him, but when i reached he said that he has a different one because this is the one i asked for, i don't think i can miss give information i read from the tire...

I take back my review, “Great service if you catch the right guy. Mohammed from India provides great customer service and gets things done quickly.” The guy was not there! There is a new management, very rude Manager “Mohamed” . The workers are good, except the manager! Will never visit there again
I went for car AC gas refill, I was told that it will be done in 20 minutes, but after 30 minutes waiting was informed that gas is not available. Then requested me to come after one and a half hour, so as suggested went there at the stipulated time but was informed that the machine is no longer working. The AC cooling went from bad to worse as the little gas that was available earlier was leaked by the technician.
I went for A/C gas change and I was like formed that it cost 160 after waiting for 20 minutes they contacted me to ask for 70 AED more for the filter .. why all the information is not given to the costumer initially to decide to take the service or not .. not to waste 20 minutes of the customer time !!!
I went here to check how much is the break pads for my car, and i was surprised that it's even cheaper than mussafah. Overall great service and all the staffs are friendly. Will come back here definitely. 💯

Very pathetic service no customer care and having no any commitment… never ever visit for the services…. And don’t believe on them… if you will change the tyre they will charge for alignment separately…
