5 ⭐ professional service! Driver met me at the specified location, gave variety of choices, was able to describe the differences between cheaper and more expensive batteries he offers. Credit card and cash payment options. The whole process took less than fifteen minutes! Highly recommend! 👍
Charged to much for a small extra work what they could just do for free.(Wanted 300 AED for 10 min job).
Also simple battery costs 600 AED which I think costs 400 in the market.

I was so impressed the way how they offered the service. I was stuck in the road due to battery issue, called up their number and Mr.Malik answered the called and requested for my location. He reached the location in 10 minutes and replaced battery so quick.
If I had an option to give zero stars, I would’ve given this here. My starter was faulty and they charged me 2500 Dirhams (due to my lack of knowledge in these repairs) for a job that would only cost 1500 anywhere else, including genuine parts and labor. I have been charged 1000 Dirhams more than the market rate and hence I will never do business with them ever again. Please don’t be fooled by so many good ratings here. Please be aware.
The customer service provided by this company is very poor. They give conflicting information; for instance, they promise battery replacement, but when you contact other teams, they deny it. Additionally, they initially claim to accept card payments after installation but later demand extra fees for card payments. Moreover, they don't provide proper VAT payment bills. Furthermore, there is an employee, a lady, at their shop who has poor customer manners and communicates rudely. I recommend considering other service providers instead of this one.
The service was very fast. Mr Malik reached in 10 minutes, despite being a friday morning. He knows the job and he is a professional man
These people are thieves, they give 120 batteries for 300, these people are frauds, they install excessively expensive batteries.
