Staff cleaning the car after carwash need to be well trained as they don’t do their job well. I have given them around 3 chances but still they are getting worse.

We used to come to wash car here frequently, but their service became extremely bad. Last month we washed car only to discover after leaving that dirt was still all over . Tried to come back to concerned to complain 3 times in a raw in vain. Today they made us wait almost 2 hrs on the station and call multiplie customer centers without any resolution. In a nut shell unless we pay again for the service we already paid and never got , not much they would do. Horrible horrible horrible service and management on shift . Mohamed Shhafik
