The company offers a premier cycling experience at Al Hudayriyat Cycle Track. This dedicated facility provides a safe and scenic environment for cyclists of all levels. The services include access to well-maintained cycling tracks of varying lengths, suitable for both leisurely rides and more intense training. The park also features amenities to support cyclists, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable visit.
Customer Sentiment:
Overall customer sentiment is highly positive, reflected in the high average rating of 4.7 out of 5 from 316 reviews. Many reviewers express strong satisfaction with the cycling experience, describing it as "amazing," "astonishing," and "beautiful."
Service Quality:
The facility is praised for its well-maintained tracks, including a popular 10km loop and various shorter options. The availability of bike rentals, with different types of bikes and helmets, is a significant strength. However, there are notable concerns regarding safety administration, particularly on weekends, with issues like counterflow cycling, lack of helmet use, and runners obstructing the track. The lack of clear signage, especially for exits and prohibited activities like e-scooters, is also a recurring point of criticism.
Common Themes:
Key positive themes include the quality of the cycling tracks, the availability of bike rentals, and the scenic views. Negative themes primarily revolve around safety enforcement, inadequate signage, and restrictions on other activities like roller-skating and e-scooters.
Final Assessment:
Based on the provided reviews and overall rating, the cycling park offers a high-quality and enjoyable experience for cyclists, particularly those who appreciate well-maintained tracks and rental options. The facility's strengths lie in its infrastructure and core offering. However, the reliability of the service is impacted by inconsistencies in safety enforcement and clear communication regarding rules and navigation. While the overall sentiment is overwhelmingly positive, addressing the safety and signage issues would significantly enhance the customer experience and ensure a more consistently reliable service.
Chaotic specially on a satirday weekend.. there is no safety administered by the security at all.. they oftentimes just play with their phones waiting for their shift to end... allowing cyclist to conterflow, ride without helmet, let runners jog side by side occupying almost half of the track instead of falling in 2 file, runners spitting on the track toards cyclists, runners jogging on both directions, not putting signs if the track is closed due to events, among others.. i hope the Al Hudayriat managent will not wait for a major fatality due to an accident until they make necessary corrections..dissapointing since i have been using the track since it opened and while the facility continue to improve, safety drastically moves to the opposite direction.. the only positive i currently see is that even there is constrcution, the contracting company is practicing good hse ensuring safety of the cyclists specially when their heavy equipment are operating..
Did the 10k loop starting at Yas Mena bike shop.
My biggest grouse was that the exit sign for Gate A seems to not exist or had been knocked down!
10k loop is neither hard nor interesting but the track condition is great.
So initially we were going to do 2 loops but got a bit bored so decided to finish off after the first loop.
Looked and found the sign posts for 5km to go and 3km to go to exit A but no exit A sign.
So we ended up doing a 2nd loop before we stopped at a guard post for directions.
So if you end up on the same loop and want to exit at A, be aware that after the 3km to go sign look out for a guard post on the left and an unmarked turn to the right which is your exit A!
If you miss it and continue over a bridge you've passed it and will have started another loop since the track is one way only.
Not impressed, won't be going back.
E- SCOOTERS ARE NOT ALLOWED 🚫🚫
I entered with my e-scooter and I went almost (14 km) near the bridge. There was a security guy (a Nepali guy) who stopped me and said e-scooters were not allowed, but there were no sign boards, and when I was entering the entrance, security saw me but didn't tell me anything. I passed more than 6 security cabins, but no one stopped me, but this Nepali security guy (near the bridge) stopped me and made me walk (4 km) until the next exit. This is entirely management's fault; at least you should have mentioned it on your website or put a sign board at the entrance.
Fast developing area in abudhabi. The bridge opens to the world which is changkng its face everyday. Small huts and beach side, makes it unique. Children love their play area. Food trucks parked there is very expensive.
Needs trees so there is shelter from the wind.
One of the beautiful cycling track 10 Km longest single loop and multiple others too, I have enjoyed cycling and Speed Skate competitions in this track. Will be great if they allow to skate for speed skater.
There are different sub tracks, the longest is almost 10KM, if you want to have the short one, they have sub tracks as well+if you dint have your own bycycle, you can rent there from Wolfies depends on which cycle you like, they got mountain, road bikes and with sub categories, I got alloy road bike which cost 65 AED for an hour with helmet. Happy cycling
This is such an amazing place in Abu Dhabi, omg ! Those who love riding bicycle would love it. Very picturesque road, not crowded and long, like 10 km. There is a rent of the bike, if you don’t have yours or don’t have a helmet. I wish they would allow roller-skating as well here, but unfortunately not, unless you book as organized group for event.
this was my first time cycling in Al hudayriyat cycle track, the least I can say that it was astonishing, there was lots of bike options to rent, one hour is 65 dhs, also there is different routes for cycling to choose from depending on how much KM u prefer. the one i chose was above the bridge which had an amazing view.
Working for G42 thought I would have a go at some of the things they sponsor. While riding over the bridge I came across this track by chance. Really glad I did. I went for the 10km route that gives the scenic tour around where you can go all the way up to the cornishe. Plenty of wide track to go as fast or slow as you wish.
