So my range rover had some electric malfunction in the gear box, and i called them. They picked up the car and promised to deliver it an few days. They charged me 2500 AED for replacing the old with a new one, not an original but a german spare part but new.they claimed they will give me a bill. They send me a picture saying we got this and its all new etc etc. i asked them for a bill of the part from where they purchased, they havent shown it to me till now. Now when you see the e pictures, how old the gear knob is, and how badly they have scratched my gear panel, using levers to wedge the panel and fix the gear knob. I have been trying to reach them past 40 days, bur there is no reply from them. They kept delaying till one point, now they have blocked me and all their managers have disappeared. You call them, they dont answer, if they pick up, their employee’s say we dont work there anymore. Just amazing to see this.

Worst experience, I had called their field team to check my car, They charged 150dhs for a wrong diagnosis, They diagnosed head gasket fault, which will definitely cost a lot and good bucks for them. It didn't feel ripped off if the diagnosis was correct. They have definitely inexperienced tech team. I have contacted awais to let him know that what his team diagnosed was incorrect, but he is insisting they diagnosed a correct fault. I took my car to another garage with only one coil change my car is working perfectly.
