Service is very good but very poor management. Service coordinator was very helpful but the finance lady was completely non cooperative. We faced some payment issues She's straight away said it's not my problem go n speak to sales guy. Wen I clarify things. She said ask the if he has given u word . At the end she forced me to pay extra. Wen I asked for payment invoice she said its late and I need to go home and will send the invoice tomorrow morning but it has been more than a week I haven't received any invoice or a feedback call from them. 100 points for salesperson 00 for that lady
The service is bad and the boy who replaces the parts does not have enough experience. He broke the dashboard drawer while trying to replace the air conditioner filter and of course I discovered that after a while. He tied the drawer with a lock and did not tell me about this.After 6000 km I discovered that they did not change or increase the coolant. They are scammers. The worst major service in my life.
