Absolutely impressed and satisfied with the facility and the service provided, an extremely professional approach by Mr Amal. A complete check up was done and the issues with my Pajero Jeep were identified. Reasonably priced and honest work. Avoid, this garage. I went to them to change engine oil for my car. While changing the engine oil I wanted to see them changing the oil but they insisted on me to go to the waiting room, and wait for them there, because they will get fined for letting me stay near the car. Anyways after few days of repairing my car it broke down and it turned out they putted transmission oil in the coolent to scam me and make me go back to them to repair the coolant.

I have struggled for a very long time to find a perfect garage for my Mitsubishi pajero and I can finally I found the perfect spot they specialized in Mitsubishis and they are so professional they used original parts and they fix everything as per the manufacturer standard and most of all they have an amazing staff with excellent hospitality. I have traveled all the way from Abu Dhabi and it was worth it i highly recommend!!!

I recently had my Nissan Sunny serviced for the 10K maintenance, and I wanted to share my positive experience. The service was quick, and I was pleased to find that the price for the spare parts that needed replacement was fair and reasonable. The labor charges were also very competitive. One aspect I particularly appreciated was the option for customized services. Unlike typical packages that often lead to additional costs, I was able to choose only the services I needed, which was both convenient and cost-effective. I visited this garage for a simple gear oil change and air filter replacement, and I ended up wasting 3 hours and 40 minutes of my time. After the gear oil change, I had to wait another hour just for the air filter, which was incredibly frustrating.

To make matters worse, their quote for the air filter was 75 AED plus labor and VAT, which I found excessively high. I ended up leaving and getting the air filter replaced at another workshop for only 50 AED. The service here was way too slow, and the pricing felt unreasonable. I'm extremely disappointed and won't be returning.

I was recommended this garage from a mutual, and I had a really great experience. They were able to solve an issue in a matter of days, while other garages were giving me temporary fixes but not getting to the actual root of the problem. One aspect that I really appreciated was the fact that they took the time to make sure that the problem was actually fixed and gave me a really good price.

I went to this garage for one thing and now I'm here for the 6th time and still the issue isn't fixed and every time they forget one thing or other and then ask me to come again and again. I'm really tired of this place. I won't recommend it to anyone.

one of the worst experience i had with them today ( 30/11/2024).
i had seat belt issue while driving around rashidiya ( seat belt got locked) suddenly i remember this garage where i used to go few years back when my frend was working .
surprisingly when i talk to them they suggest someone else and gave num
same time i had issue in my mirror n asked them to fix it and they are suggesting me to go some other place. i dont kno then why this s called as garage ??

The worst customer care & service provider in the region I could say. The way they communicate to customer care oooff. Can’t imagine . Fake promises , money making garage . Better to avoid.
