Extremely Poor service!!!! I purchased a voucher for AED 320 for Internal cleaning and detailed wash, the next day when i went to collect the car,
1) Stains on the driver seat they gave some stupid excuse i was patient i let it pass.
2) All were in hurry to deliver the car and not checked what works are pending and said car is ready you can take it, as it was night time i couldn't figure out most of it.
3) Next day i saw water white marks on the mirror at the bottom of dash board.
4) Oil marks on the right side front & Back mirror.
i messaged them on what's app send the images and they guys don't have shame to response also, just read the message..
I would not recommend anyone to use their service for people who don't even have courtesy to respond or take ownership of their work for which they take full money

I handed my Jeep TJ in for interior and exterior detailing. This place is an absolute Gem, the end product was something to behold. I loved how they went through every details on the car. I recently tried the Ultimate Car Detailing + CERAKOTE Protection package with Zain Car Care for my BMW. My leather seats had black stains, the engine bay was dirty, and the exterior paint was faded. incredible...the internal & external clean was done in 1 day, the finish is better than new, I couldn't believe my eyes ! i can really recommend this company. Ali and his team are efficient and very professional, prices were competitive too.

Not a very nice place to get car detailing. The waiting area is full of rubbish, having torn out sofas and filled with mosquitoes. They are charging good money for the services but have 0 respect for their customers. Moreover they don't allow you to monitor what they are doing to your car. They will tell you it's not allowed. After having an horrible customer dealing experience I was not happy with the service done as well. They didn't clean anything under the car as they don't have any car lifts. Find a good place to treat your car.

Quite a disappointing service.
Had polish stains all over the car interiors.
Items from the car that were missing.
There was water accumulation in the armrest that clearly shows lack of detail.

Not adding photos of all these issues but would highly recommend you check every thing before you take the handover of your vehicle.

Swirl marks all over the car! Don’t bother going! They don’t care much and its not worth spending 20dhs. They quickly accommodate you and then mess up your car.

They basically didn’t do any job. I had to go there and asked them to do some stuff that were not done well. Kept saying because car is old bla bla bla. Carpets were not cleaned well yet they were wet. When i reached home i washed the carpets again and everything they had said can’t come out all came with no much effort. They charged me 526dhs for doing nothing… well go there at your own risk if you ready to waste your money. I can’t recommend…

They did a great job — my car looks like new again! They finished everything in just 4 days and even had it ready for me on a Sunday, even though they’re usually closed. Really impressed with their service!
